HANSEL & GRETEL: Witch Hunters 3D

by Tommy Wirkola – Germany - USA, 2013

('88, Digital, Original version with Italian subtitles)

Fifteen years after being kidnapped and held captive in a house made of gingerbread by a witch, siblings Hansel and Gretel have become bounty hunters, just engaged in the hunting of witches. The two are very good at their job, because, for some unknown reason, spells and curses have no effect against them. One day the Mayor of Augusta entrusted to the brothers to rid the town and nearby forests of the coven controlled by the dangerous Muriel, who is planning to sacrifice many children at gathering of witches that will take place two days later. In addition to the witches they will have to deal with brutal Sheriff Berringer, who took power in Augsburg and uses ruthless ways for the witch hunt.
