Screening of Snow White by J. Searle Dawley (USA, 1916)
The classic fairy tale of Snow White inspired by a Broadway’s show of 1912 presented with a great success at the New York’s Theatre. When Walt Disney was a child saw this film, which strongly impressed him and it represented the main source for his 1937’s film. A copy of this movie was in fact recovered in the Burbank’s studios and it has been recently restored.
