How to create characters for cutout animation

Two days workshop with the brazilian visual designer Beto Shibata, who’ll make an introduction to collage techniques with a brief focus on collage’s role in the history of art. We’ll learn about Shibata’s references for his work and contemporary artists working with collage, collage techniques and materials, and the creation of a stop-motion animated character.

Workshop duration: Wednesday May 3 from 9.00-13.00; Thursday, May 4 from 9.00 to 13.00.
